Discord Bot End User License Agreement (EULA)

Data Collection

This bot collects the following user data during interactions:

• Command parameters provided by the user
• Information visible to the bot in the Discord server (e.g., usernames, roles, server ID)
• User-specified location for weather data when using the command +weather set <city name>

Data Use

The collected data will only be used to improve the bot's functionality and user experience. This includes sending messages directed at the bot (either by mentioning the bot, replying to its message, or sending a DM) to OpenAI services for generating smart replies and using the Meteosource API to fetch weather data. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your direct consent.

Data Retention

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the bot's services. The location data will be stored only if you choose to set it using the appropriate command. You may request deletion of your data by contacting @DMCroww on Twitch, Discord, or X (formely Twitter).
